How
does the Recording Program work?
Through this fundraising program your organization pre-sells your
music recording to friends, relatives, co-workers, etc. They are
sold and money is collected in advance of our recording engineer
coming to your location. We also provide special literature so
you collect orders both on the day of your event and several days
after. We will supply all necessary material to your organization
- order forms, promotional materials, etc - to help make this
a successful fundraiser for your group.

Does
the program require many volunteers?
No. We simply need a Program Coordinator to oversee the sales
effort, and volunteer to assist the recording engineer during
the conceert. With as few as 20-50 active participants who will
commit to selling at least 5 each over the 3-4 week sales period
your organization can have a VERY successful program. The more
you sell the more you make!

Do
you have a recording engineer in our area to record our students?
Yes! We have professionally trained recording engineers strategically
located, throughout the United States who will travel to your
location to record your students. The recording engineer brings
the studio to you! We use the finest professional equipment and
recording equipment available. All we ask of you is to provide
us with space to place for our equipment to record your event
while it is in session. Our equipment and engineers once in place
will be hidden during your concert and should no way detract attention
from your ongoing activities.

What
if we don't have any artwork for our CD cover?
MusicMatter's provides pre-made album covers for your CD's that
can be used. Choose from our selection of covers that best match
your musical event. Of course, we will customize your name or
school on the outside as well as list songs and names that you
may require for the inside CD jacket.
Is there a minimum you require before sending a recording engineer?
Many of the organizations with whom we work sell 100, 200, 300
concert CD's and more. Due to the high cost of committing a professional
recording engineer to your location we only ask that you have
the ability to sell a minimum of 100 CD's. We simply ask, once
you collect all order forms and money prior to your concert that
you send us a 50% Deposit. Please send one check made payable
to " MusicMatters " with your order. Keep the remaining
amount! We will calculate your actual profit and send an additional
Profit Check or bill at the end of your sale.

Can we have Music Tapes instead of CD's?
No, we only produce CDs (videos too) to ensure that we can meet

Is
there a time limit to the recordings?
Yes, both our video's and CD's are only able to hold 90 minutes

are included.

Can
we order more CDs or Videos at the end of our sale?
Yes, one of the great features at MusicMatters is the size and
scope of our engineering studio. After your primary sale we will
manufacture and distribute your school CDs when people order them,
so you don't have to spend thousands of dollars buying CDs that
you 'hope' you can sell. Any music that we record can be reproduced
from our Master CD's for the additional orders. You take on no
inventory risk.
Although, you are welcome to order bulk quantities to sell to
friends, family, at malls, or concerts/events. It is as flexible
as you want to be.

"What's
the Catch?", you ask . . .
Really, there isn't one. Like any business we are in business
to make a profit and to promote local music in communities across
America. We know that if the quality is great and the prices are
fair, most students and families will want to buy several copies
as gifts and keepsakes. Your group will make some money (on top
of getting great keepsakes) and musicmatters will do fine too!
